Hi Steven - Just wanted to thank you for your funeral service for our dear mum. We loved all the small touches such as placing a rose on mum's pillow when you took her into your care, the rose petals at the interment and the photo inside the Order Of Service. Thank you also for the written copy of the funeral service - you don't seem to take it all in on the day so it's been great to look through the service again.
You will be highly recommended and thank you once again for your professionalism.

Hello Steven,
Thank you for the dignified funeral of Margaret Kernick, most of her family had travelled some distance to be there, there was no sense of being rushed even though not all of us arrived on time ! The wild flowers woven around the willow casket were beautiful, you and your staff made what could be a difficult day a seamless event.

Please accept my sincere thanks for the professional service provided by yourself and colleagues following my mother's recent passing and funeral.
It was very reassuring to have your support and guidance throughout what was a very difficult time for myself and my family. Your availability, manner and funeral facilities were all first rate and mum was treated with dignity and respect throughout.
On the day of the funeral your colleagues, vehicles and support were all first class. At a time of grief and sadness for myself and my family you helped relieve and shoulder a significant amount of the emotional upset generated. We thank you for all that you did and the manner in which you achieved this.

We can't thank you enough for looking after our lovely mum. You met mum and I before she passed away and from the moment we met you we knew you were the right person. It meant so very much to mum to know you would look after her. You've been attentive and supportive to us all at this very difficult time.
We all bombarded you with so much information about mum for her eulogy and yet you put it all together so perfectly to reflect mum's life and her amazing personality.
We would recommend you to anyone who has lost a loved one.

All the family would just like to say thank you for giving Nana such a beautiful send off. I think she and grandad would have approved.!
You have been kind and thoughtful from start to finish, and were able to make such a sad occasion enjoyable - a real celebration of her life.
Thank you for making the boys comfortable enough to carry the coffin and escort Nana from the house.They were all happy they did it and the family are so proud of them all. Nana would have loved that special touch. Thanks again.

I wanted to tell you how grateful myself and my partner have been, that you took your time to show us your utmost care and compassion after we sadly lost our loved one this year. No-one can ever imagine what you'll be like in that situation until you're thrown into it. Your care and assistance during that time truly helped us make it that little bit easier, so thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
